Hi all,

I just stumbled across the board and it's good to see that so many are participating.
We have a '87 300d turbo that has started to emit a high pitched whine. I believe it must be associated with the turbo as it comes and goes around the 10lb of pressure point, from just below to above that point.
It sure would be great to hear of some ideas before I have to take it to the shop. I always feel better going in with my eye's open.
