personally, i love listening to their banter and cackle laughs. i believe that's why their show is so sucessful for the large part. people who don't even care about car problems and solutions tune in for the show because it is fun. thats why my mom listens and i know for a fact she doesn't know a thing about cars or care! but yea, im sure they are losing people who want serious in depth solutions. but come on, really... are you going to rely on two radio talk show people and a 3 minute on air diagnosis to solve a serious car problem? no, you'd go to a mechanic who has to fix the thing anyhow.
