hmmm, so i have been changing oil for over 20 years now and i have never seen a contraption like this before. i like it! you just take one of those cylinders and pull a vacuum on it then put the hose on the dipstick? i got a guy that can weld in a fitting like yours. now back in the old country they had DIY oil change stations at the gas station. just a pump with a wand: put a coin in, put the wand in the dipstick tube and it would suck out all the oil.
