Thanks for the photos. It seems that the best way to mount the oil cooler lines is the way Klima designed their bracket. I copied the bracket for my kit from another member (1980sd), not seeing Klima's design until now-
The problem I see with Klima's bracket is the mounting on the aluminum casting. The tabs are squared off, and seem to ride up on the casting (hard to explain). I made mine so it looks like two flat washers on the mounting surface. That way, the bolts tighten up all the way without any gap between the bracket and casting.
