Although higher then other reports, I wouldn't worry too much on the lead count. I think the number is in the high acceptable range. The number could be from a variety of reasons, including not driving it as a daily. All other numbers look normal although the oil is still young.
Hopefully the next report keeps the lead levels the same or lower.
