The 1995 models are tricky with alot of makes of cars, because some changed 1/2 way through the model year. My 1995 Lincoln Town Car is an OBD II and I get asked when I need it serviced all of the time which it is, and I finally discovered a little tag under the hood that reads OBD II. My Town Car was made in February of '95, so I guess it was considered a late 95 model.
