Not disagreeing with Gilly, just clarifying.
The butter knife must be slid from the bottom up at the rear edge of the woodgrain that holds the seat switch. There are two screws behind that (large phillips or 10mm headed bolts).
There is either one phillips screw going straight down under a plastic cover in the door pull or two screws going into the door under two little round plugs inside the door pocket that has folding lid (depending on model year).
The plastic trim at the door striker must be removed and the triangle trim piece at top front of door panel must be removed (pull straight out at top and then lift).
