As I understand it there are two pressures related to actuators:
Cracking Pressure (aka Opening Pressure) - the pressure where the actuator starts to open at and Operating Pressure (not sure if thats officially what its called) but this is the pressure that is allowed to boost the engine--for lack of a better description).

The 433489-12 seems to have the following specifications (as I gather from this thread)
14 psi cracking pressure
17.9 psi operating pressure

The Holset 3533948 seems to have the following specifications:
?? psi cracking pressure
20 psi operating pressure

Can the rep send you datasheets or mechanical drawings and specs for the two actuators? I'd like to take a look at them.
