You have to remove the hole oil pan, not just the sump. Which is a real pita. But the fun is only beginning!

Then you have to remove the chain tensioner. (The oil pump chain tensioner. You will see it up under there when you get the whole oil pan off.

THen you have to remove the sprocket with some screwdrivers.


Then I think it's just a couple of long bolts holding it on.

I have to say I'd rather have a root canal than have to remove the lower oil pan with the engine in the car!
