Hi Chris, start at the bottom and work your way up! If you don't have any on-the-job experience I'd suggest trying to land a job in the new car prep dept. of your local dealer. The only requirements are: 1. Show up on time. 2. Have a good attitude and be willing to LEARN. 3. Take pride in your work, whether it's washing cars or diagnostics. MB dealers are in dire need of young talent. Good luck
