I agree with Larry, if it ain't broke don't fix it.
I see you are in the South Pacific. You should never have need to add any kerosene as an anti-gel agent unless the next ice-age starts up soon.
Definately use the Red-line if you just wish to occasionally clean the system, or if you are unsure of the quality of your fuel.
