OK. If one wants a reliable on they need to buy a better one or fix their Wastegate. Anytime you buy inexpensive stuff it is gamble.

If Mine turns out to be one that does not work I will take it apart and find out why and maybe fix it.
Also it would not be a total loss. There is at lest 1.5 feet of Silicon Hose and the Metal T fitting and 2 small Hose Clamps; so those could be subtracted from the total $10 I paid.

OK I pulled Mine out and blew intoy while I turned the Knob. It does indeed reduce the pressure when I turn the Knob one way and allow more pressure to pass when the knob is turned the other way. So to that extent it works.
