Case closed...found an inexpensive source..knowledgeable person and a great businessman!
Turbos Unleashed in Arizona...Chris Wright 602-762-6678 His site charges a base shipping cost as he's usually moving turbos....he was nice enough to send these to me priority mail and refund the difference in shipping cost. BTW he is fully familiar with the Garret / AirResearch T3 and will do complete rebuilds for $350 he also understood and explained the ARV from a gasoline engine perspective... nothing but added weight and a power robbing boost recycler..I'm glad to see it go
Here's the housing..the machinist who did the head worked it along with the coupler...there're all opened up, rounded edges and polished real nice
