Main thing is, you are in once piece.

Some police forces insist their officers lay at least one charge anytime they get called to an accident. It can get stupid in some cases. Even worse, here the local large municipal force has senior traffic guys review each report and they actually sometimes instruct the investigating constable to lay further charges afterwards.

I am very sorry about the car. Once you are feeling more yourself you should look over it again. Not to be stupid, not having seen it etc., but from your description it sounds fixable.
