if you know enough about circuitry id suggest pulling out the cluster carefully and checking the circuit boards on the back for burned traced, I wasnt able to get my guage lights to work and though they might have been runed out after replacing fuses, turnsout the trace that carries power to the bulbs had somehow burned up, i used a peice of 18 guage stranded insulated wire to jump the gaps where the trace was broken, this takes a good amount of skill to do and evem more so with older traces on the board, its very easy to overheat the board and make matters worse by having the trace seperate from the board making you have to attach the wire even further down the trace line, if this is the case I can go into more detail about repairing the traces if youd like
