These are the plastic guards sitting in the splined injector wells on OM 601/602/603 motors. Their purpose is to keep the dirt, grit, etc out of the annular space between the injector and cylinder head. Mercedes has discontinued the production long time ago and the worldwide stock has been exhausted long before anybody would remember. This is one of the un-obtainum list of parts on the list somewhere.

These is a complete set for OM 602 motors (5 each). They are used but in very good condition - no cracks. Plastics are still pliable, not brittle.
