Need some help locating the "Electronic Blower Regulator" on my 95-E320. Yesterday the blower stopped for about 5 minutes and then started for a second, then stopped for about 5 minutes and started for a second...get the pattern. Its cold out here so I need to 1) check the fan 2) check the regulator (which is what I suspect). I am just hoping its not the pushbutton control.

The CD (figure 26 of Relay and Control Modules Locations) shows it behind the centre ducts, so how do I access this component? Any help / thoughts are welcome.
