Thanks , my SDL odometer stopped working after I was pressing the reset during driving. Therefore I was assuming there was a connection?
Well. I'll need to take the cluster out- easy- I have done this several times. I usually remove the speaker in the dash (left side) and push from behind. Then the cluster pops out easily.
I hope it is just a couple of damaged gears.
