One way to remove cylinder for door handle.

Remove two roll pins, maybe 3 if needed. See picture 1. One is one sided so had to drill out a little, tap threads, screw in screw and pull out screw with roll pin. See picture 2.
Remove screw holding drive pin which is the chrome lever circling lock cylinder with the horn on the rear of car end which goes into a loop in the door latch when in car. See picture 3.
Drive out pin that holds drive pin and allows it to pivot. This allows drive pin to move a little so lock cylinder can be removed. See picture 4.
My lock had 3 broken leaves. See picture 5. Removed them. Reassembled lock cylinder, handle installed in car.
Take many pictures of the lock cylinder so you can figure out how pieces go back together.
Had an issue with the correct space between drive pin and the one screw that screws door handle to door near rear of door. Had to pry mine to about 34 mm to fit drive pin to drive pin receiver in door. Measure it with a small ruler in the door and loosen brass allen screw and pry drive pin. 1985 300SD. Best of luck.
