I still have done nothing to it. But I have absolutely CONFIRMED that it only happens in damp weather. I am going to replace the coil next. I hate to shotgun this, but I have had several suggestions that I should replace the coil. It makes sense because of the relation to humidity. I can't imagine anything except ignition that could be moisture related.
