After trying to crank it for about 10 minutes I pulled the spin off filter and checked with the intent to fill it with the rest of the purge, but it was already filled. the inline too was filled at that point. That's when I tried to bleed the hard lines directly and all bled fuel but the one closest to the firewall (3). I do have the old white hand primer though.

The car started first try, every time, within a second of the key turning up until the filter change. My fuel was very cruddy though after the purge.
