You will feel each stroke of the element as air pressure is generated and leaks past each finger. Once fuel is spurting out of each DV holder, you can put the lines on and bleed them at the injectors.
After that leave the line nuts one half turn loose at the injectors while you crank the engine. Once you get fuel coming out up there you're done.
