I have converted a number of cars from automatic to manual over the years with good results, but have never done an MB.

I am hoping that RLeo will weigh in on this thread. I rode in his converted station wagon while he was trying to figure out the resonant vibration. I don't know what he ever came up with.

You might PM him and see what he says about it. He's a really nice guy and I don't think he would mind a PM.
