Thanks for the recommendation -- I went on Central Brass' web site and found the same faucet as shown on the EBay link, except that it has a hose thread rather than a straight end.

(Looks a bit odd, but I actually want to be able to hook up a hose to wash windows.)

The Central Brass distributor in NYC appears to be defunct, so I called up the company, and they recommended thefaucetshoppe.com, which can mail-order any of their products within a week and ship from Chicago. Something like $50 including shipping, but worth it for a good quality part, IMHO.
