400 huh? Across the river just south of Detroit you will find the much smaller city of Windsor Ontario. Until last summer, there hadn't been one murder in over two years. 400 is more than all of Canada for any given year with 33 million population.

If I lived in Detroit, I might be inclinded to consider owning a hand gun. No need for them here which is a good thing. No law nd order, no liveable place to be.
