If a state government insists on cutting educational funding to the point that their schools are not turning out educated people then that state should not be upset when employers decide to look elsewhere for a location.

This is subject for another Thread.
However, I believe the main reason Kids are not learning is that the Parents are not making them do their School Work. The Parents are too Lazy, too Busy because they both work or too High to care; or some combination of those things.
People from other Countries, poor and not knowing English come to our Schools and get straight A's because their Parents push them to get A's.
