Time to t/s and see what's busted . . . looks like the IAT is broken/disconnected??

Pin 6 = ASR light stayed on as soon as we plugged into pin 6 and would not blink.
Must be digital

Pin 8 - BASE = 6, 10, 11, 12, 13
trying to figure out why 10-13 would be on and the car runs, AC works and the belt is not broken or slipping.
So I guess the fuses are ok??

Pin 17 - DI = 1
