Profile strips are the molding that start at the bottom of the windshield (wind screen for you overseas chaps ) and fasten to the roof, ending at the top of the rear glass. They snap in through nylon fasteners and can work loose. Look at your profile strips carefully. If they are not firmly anchored in their trough, then that could be the leak source.
