Photo was a quick grab from just after the jack stands went in. Before going under, the concrete blocks were indeed flipped & 2x6's put on the blocks (theory being if one or all jack stands fail, the front wheels sit on the ramps & rear A-arms sit on the block/2x6's and I stay un-squished underneath).

I have in fact toyed with the idea of a monster miata build some day..... time, money, other projects, etc. allowing.
