Did Paul Ryan just say, "We're not going to give up on destroying the health care system for the American people."

So was this just a slip of the tongue, or the first step in the well known Republican plan to doom us all with death panels, FEMA camps and mass starvation based on a secret plan delivered to them by Stalin back in the 50's?

I'm going with the Stalin thing. It is way less realistic, but when you are just making stuff up then who cares about reality!
