This is an excellent example of a story that is put together with a lot of 'could it be' and 'therefore it stands to reason' and 'although there is nothing to back this up'.
What a sweet gig. Most writers have to actually track down a story, not just read something that the original author claims is hearsay and then just start making up stuff after that.
It is also interesting to read the authors opinions about a program that the author admits he can find no evidence for.
