Observe/Watch Oil Consumption ,Pray ,And look for a GOOD 3.0 liter OM603 just in case
Is this a Mercedes Re-Man (FIXED with the STRONGER RODS ?)

If you've gotten to 180K miles You may HAVE one of the few GOOD Engines.
