Anybody else watching this thing? At first I thought it was a bit to melodramatic but I'm starting to like it. Strikes me as fairly well done. As I am descended pretty much exclusively from Irish, Scottish, and Scandinavian forebears - with unknown but certain infusions of Viking blood into Ireland and Scotland - I'm inclined to be interested in knowing more.

Of course it's a dramatization, I'm not saying it's flawless history.
