What we eat --- diet.
What we do --- exercise.
Who we are --- family history; heritage, etc.
In my family history, most of my ancestors were farmer. You know hard working people who grew their own food. A few ancestors didn't live on the farm. If they didn't die in an accident, then 90 was easy. I've had several lived to be 100+.
My maternal grandmother died at 95 and up until 2 weeks before she passed was alert with all her senses and capacities. She fell and broke her hip at 90 and thru the miracle of concrete; recovered and lived by herself for 5 more years.
My dad is 84 and had his first major surgery last year --- heart valve replaced.
My mom is still alive, but has a constant battle with diet for years.
100 is my target to LIVE --- not just exist.
