If you were speaking of Me I don't believe that is so.
While it seems clear Islam seems to be against all other Religions more to the point it is against any form of Government that is not an Islamic Theocracy.
This is where the Islamic Extremist will be running head-to-head with the other parts of the world.
It also means there is really no chance of negotiating with the various Islamic Extremist Factions because by their interpretation it would mean they would have to violate their religion.
