In Florida.........I would think working AC (all climate controls) including the defrost flap vacuum pod and working windows/sunroof would be key items. No splits on the front seats and no or very little dash cracks would help. Good tires and a maintenance history help.
I'd agree with the $3-$4K range if all the above is in working order.
