As for time, having assisted someone on this swap before and with all needed parts on hand I could do it over a weekend. Some on this forum probably knock it out in 4 hours. Normally my weekend projects runs across 2 weekends as I'm always in need of a part I didn't anticipate needing replacement.
Agreed if you have all the parts and nothing goes awry.
