Yes , inspect the cars from the undercarriage upwards....Focusing on any rust along the way.....If a solid undercarriage is discovered , then check the body for rust.....Once it passes the rust test....Begin the normal inspection....
Stay away from the rusty cars . Too expensive to repair...

Reliability? If maintained , they're very reliable.....
