Before I found this site, I was spending an average of $500 USD per trip to the repair shop.

Now, I've cut that down to hardly ever. I do have certain things done for me as I'm not as energetic or bendable as I used to be - things such as front end work and I'll not be like Stretch and tackle an automatic transmission. Whew! Way too many parts.

Bottom line, this site and it's regulars rock.
