Getrag 265 Conversio/ hydraulic throwout bearing -how?

Hi,
I am working on a Getrag 265 conversion on a 500 E W124. I am using a Alpina-Sachs 240 mm Friction and first a Alfa central slave cylinder but it didn't work, after 200km it leaks. I think I've made two different errors, first the master on the Alfa-hydraluic is 17 mm smaller than 19mm (Mercedes) and I don't kept the correct free-play between friction and complete kompressed slave cylinder. This free play is virtual as the CSC normaly is engaged with the clutch all the time but it has to be calculated because of the wear of the friction wich gives less free play in time.
Now I will use the Opel Omega CSC wich hase the same friction and mastercylinder. But the question is what about the free-play, it has to be 2-3-4-5 mm.The custom guys using CSC with 2-3mm free play.
The Sachs friction has 8 mm to be complete free, the CSC has 20mm max movement, how can I contemplait the wear of the clutch?

Any Idea?
