SDL AC charge

I was recharging the AC of the SDL today.
System was holding vacuum very well and I was charging R12.
Ambient was at around 100F and I was charging 3 cans, total of 1200g ( with the changing of cans I lost some refrigerant..so my guess is I have 1100g in the system).
Low side pressure was around 130psi (constant, no matter what speed, I guess this is the high ambient temperature) and high side was around 200 - 220 psi depending on engine speed.
The sight glass got clear after 3 cans. Before there were bubble.

However the temperature at the vent was declining but never below 8.5C (47F), then the compressor was cut off. I think it is the temperature sensor sticking in the evaporator causing the compressor cut out.
Compressor starts again after some while. It cycles on and off and the temperature stays at around 47F.

I just wanted to check in with people who know the system well.
Do the pressures make sense? Do the on/off cycles and vent temps make sense?
I am sure I lost some refrigerant during the process of charging and I think I have probably 1100 g in the system....while the sticker says 1300g.
