I have some good news.... After going outside to get the pics and specs, one thing led to another.... Mr injection pump is now resting on a counter top.
A 1/4 inch drive ratchet was the key.

Now then, the bottom shaft is turning fine(that drives the lift pump). The pump seems to be working ok. The plunger works. The shaft above the bottom shaft moves as well.
After that, I'm kinda at a loss of what to look for or do..... Besides checking for the stuck plungers up top(
Thats next). There are many adjust areas in the rear(behind the cover).
What else can I do, test, check, adjust or take apart to investigate it?
