Second, main front window seals, the big ones with the window channels, are available. List is I think $350 a side. Start watching for NOS or 'alternate' sources. I scored an almost-new set from a guy who was doing a full restoration on his CD, and was buying every piece of rubber new.... No idea on the actual door seals.

Look on eBay for a guy from Thailand who sells the rear window seals cheap.

Window regulators are a similar story. Post a "want to buy (WTB)" ad in the Mercedes Used Parts for Sale and Wanted subforum here. They seem to pop up from time to time here, much cheaper than on eBay.
