the nut that turns..........

I have fought seats in the junkyard. The clip that holds the nut for the bolt to go into......rusts. And then the nut spins with the bolt. I've used a hammer and a cold chisel to attack from underneath the car in the junkyard. It took me 2 hours to get the seat out.

And I've stood next to the rear doors (with door open) and kicked the back of seats before. It quite difficult to get the height adjustment to move when working by myself.
