It is a sports culture thing, during a game, it is not uncommon for a football player to slap another player on the ass. It is cultural, i.e. it is saying, "way to go!!" or "GREAT PLAY!!". But, you would have to be a football player to understand that. Several legal analyst have already weighed in and feel the judge was out of line.
