I found an ad in The Star for a product called "Cryoseal" that is supposed to stop AC leaks. If this works, it would solve a problem with a slow compressor leak in my car.

The following paragraph is taken directly from the distributor's web site, www.ssrintl.com:

"CRYOseal (Cryo-Silane) is a unique product that chemically seals leaks automatically in air conditioning and refrigeration systems without clogging. CRYOseal will stop leaks without the necessity to locate each leak. CRYOseal will seal existing leaks and will stop future leaks at their inception to preclude loss of refrigerant and protect the environment by forming a permanent non-deteriorating polysiloxane seal at the leak site."

This sounds too good to be true. Opinions or experience?

Thanks.
