Back in 1991, I worked a second job at a local chicken place in Dayton, Ohio. Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken was the name. I used to like their food, but after working there for a few years, I couldn't stomach it anymore.
Only recently have I been able to eat fried chicken...and only my wife's recipe. The mere smell of driving by one now makes me want to turn my wheel and drive in the opposite direction.
