Springs shop did it
He has done hundreds over the years
He heats up the lower portion of the spring and drops down
Lots will argue not the proper way but easy drop in few minutes and the front is not as loose
No cutting no removal not even the tires for someone who has done it
Again, proper way is lowering shocks and springs which in my case ordered from Europe would have costed over 3000
