PA's law has no provision keeping a firearm out of a bar, and I'm talking about a dive bar. However, the law allows for common sense to be used by the firearm owner as to where he carries. It also allows for the establishment to prohibit the patron from carrying if they so desire.
PA has the some of the most lax laws on firearms of any state I've lived in. I have more freedoms here than I'm used to...I like it!

You can get just as p*ssed in a restaurant serving drinks as in a bar. This being said, I'd prefer if the law were left up to common sense and property owners, but I do understand Gov. Quinn's concern.
