The Test here , when a no start condition exist, is the
"OVP Relay Tappy-Tap-Tap " test.

I have found that the instument of choice to be a screwdriver handle lightly Tapping out the Rhythmic Signature of " Shave and a Haircut,- Two Bits" to work best on the 202 chassis.....

After tapping of relay , retry for start condition...
